复合植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能和肠道微生物的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验旨在研究黄芪、杜仲、山楂三种提取物组成的复合植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能和肠道微生物的影响。600只肉鸡随机分成5组,包括4个试验组和一个空白对照组,每组设6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组基础日粮分别添加150 mg/kg、300 mg/kg、450 mg/kg和600 mg/kg的复合植物提取物组,进行饲养试验。结果显示:复合植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能没有显著影响;与对照组相比,600 mg/kg复合植物提取物的添加显著提高了肉鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),而血清和肝脏的总抗氧化能力均显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,肉鸡盲肠菌群门水平上,600 mg/kg复合植物提取物组疣微菌门显著提高(P<0.05),而属水平分析发现600 mg/kg复合植物提取物组中阿克曼菌显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,复合植物提取物可以在一定程度上提高肉鸡抗氧化能力,同时也提高了盲肠菌群中阿克曼菌的丰度,保护肠道健康;本试验条件下,600 mg/kg添加剂量较适合。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound plant extracts of Astragalus membranaceus,Eucommia ulmoides and Crataegi Fructus on growth performance, antioxidant function and intestinal microflora of broilers. Six hundred broilers were divided into 5 groups randomly, including 4 experimental groups and the control group with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate. The control group was fed with a corn-soybean meal basal diet, and the experimental groups were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 450 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg compound plant extracts,respectively. The results showed that the addition of compound plant extracts had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers. Compared with the control group, the addition of 600 mg/kg complex plant extracts significantly increased superoxide dismutase activity in serum of broilers(P<0.05), and the total antioxidant capacity in serum and liver was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, Verrucomicrobia of caecum flora in 600 mg/kg compound plant extract group was significantly increased(P<0.05), Akkermansia was significantly increased in 600 mg/kg compound plant extract group in specific genus level(P<0.05). In conclusion, the addition of compound plant extracts to broiler feed could improve antioxidant capacity of broilers to a certain extent, and also improve the abundance of caecum flora Akkermansia, thus protecting the intestinal health;The suitable addition for broilers was 600 mg/kg in this study.
