摘要 为改善高速铁路桥面防水层的防水性能和耐久性,提高高铁桥梁的安全性和稳定性,采用SBS/废胶粉复合改性乳化沥青,研究分析了废胶粉用量对改性乳化沥青针入度、软化点、5℃延度、弹性恢复、黏结性能和不透水性的影响。结果表明:随着废胶粉用量的增加,改性乳化沥青的针入度下降,软化点、黏结强度、弹性恢复升高,5℃延度先增大后减小,不透水性能均较好。当废胶粉用量在25%~35%时,改性乳化沥青的综合性能最好。 In order to improve the waterproof performance and durability of the waterproof layer of highspeed railway bridge deck,and improve the safety and stability of high-speed rail bridges,SBS/waste rubber powder was used to prepare modified emulsified asphalt.The study analyzed the influence of the amount of waste rubber powder in the composite modifier on the penetration,softening point,ductility at 5℃,elastic recovery,bonding performance and impermeability of the modified emulsified asphalt.The results show that with the increase in the amount of waste rubber powder,the penetration of the modified emulsified asphalt material decreases,and the softening point,bonding strength,and elastic recovery increase.The ductility at 5℃ first increases and then decreases,and the impermeability is better.When the amount of waste rubber powder is 25% to 35%,the overall performance is the best.
