摘要
根据GB/T 27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》要求,对GB/T 22325—2008《小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的测定高效液相色谱法》中相关的技术要求及参数进行验证,验证内容包括标准曲线线性、方法测定低限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率等。试验结果表明,该方法线性良好、易操作,结果准确,具有良好的重现性,能够满足实验室检测需求。
The determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by HPLC(GB/T 22325—2008)was verified according to the"Laboratory Quality Control Standard Food Physical and Chemical Testing"(GB/T 27404—2008),including the linear standard curve,method determination of low limit,precision,accuracy and standard recovery and other related technical parameters.The experimental results showed that the method had good linearity,easily operated,accurate and good reproducibility,which could meet the requirements of laboratory testing.
