Urbanization, Grain Consumption Structure Safety and urban Agricultural Innovation

运用2001—2019年的全国层面时间序列数据对城市化水平影响我国食品消费的结构进行多元回归实证分析,得到城镇化率与豆类、薯类、牛羊肉、水果类和奶制品等非谷物类粮食产量存在着显著正相关。要想解决城镇化下我国城镇居民粮食消费结构升级变化以及粮食安全问题,除了要保证我国粮食政策的可持续性和战略地位之外,还需要利用科技手段进行粮食生产消费领域创新。基于代谢裂痕理论的城市农业不失为一种可行方式。借鉴欧美成功经验,统筹规划、科学指导,开展城市农业试点,为我国城镇化和粮食结构安全良性循环发展探索一条新路径。

Using the national-level time series data from 2001 to 2019,we conducted a multiple regression empirical analysis on the structure of the level of urbanization affecting my country's food consumption,and obtained the urbanization rate and non-cereals such as beans,potatoes,beef and mutton,fruits and dairy products.There is a significant positive correlation in food production.In order to solve the upgrading and changes of the grain consumption structure of my country's urban residents and the problems of food security under urbanization,it is necessary to ensure the sustainability and strategic position of my country's grain policy,and to use scientific and technological means to innovate in the field of food production and consumption.Urban agriculture based on the theory of metabolic rift is a feasible way.Drawing on the successful experience of Europe and the United States,we need to make overall planning,scientific guidance,carry out urban agricultural pilot projects,and explore a new path for the development of a virtuous circle of urbanization and food structure security in my country.
