从转型金融看中国碳中和目标

China's Carbon Neutrality Goal from the Perspective of Transition Finance

为实现碳达峰、碳中和的“30·60目标”,中国传统过剩行业亟待进行低碳转型。然而,资金短缺问题始终困扰转型目标的实现。参考国际经验,解决之道在于金融。本文认为,需从框架搭建、产品创新、加强宣传、责任管理等四个方面发展中国的转型金融。

In order to achieve the“30?60 goals”of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,China's traditional surplus industries are in urgent need of low-carbon transformation.However,the shortage of funds has always plagued the realization of transformation goals.Referring to international experience,the solution lies in finance.This paper believes that China's transformational finance needs to be developed from four aspects:framework construction,product innovation,strengthening publicity,and responsibility management.
