对接中外企业文化的方略研究

摘要 对接中外企业文化,是稳定劳动关系、优化投资环境的重要保障。在后新冠疫情背景下,逐利的国际资本极有可能首选中国避险,外资领域将会进入新的活跃期。因此,对接中外企业文化的呼声扑面而来,应该尽早提出对接中外企业文化的方略,厘清和明晰对接中外企业文化的思路。“家”文化作为会员之家的精髓,能够滋润外企工会产生强大的组织活力。外企员工期盼在活力四射的“家”中获得温暖。这也是研究对接中外企业文化方略的先决条件和前提。选择对接中外企业文化的路径,不应该离开工会的基本职能而另辟蹊径。工会只有在作为中求文化的“对接”,在文化的“对接”中求作为,才能沿着健康的轨道获得外商和中外员工的支持和配合。在对接中外企业文化过程中,创新推出的具有实效性的举措,结合工会优势和特色,将获得满意的效果。对接中外企业文化的方略融于工会工作整个过程,对接的文化是精神化、文化化的行动指南,融于理念,行于自觉,见于合作。 Connecting Chinese and foreign corporate cultures is an important guarantee for stabilizing labor relations and optimizing the investment environment.In the post-COVID-19 context,profit-seeking international capital is likely to choose China as a safe haven,and the field of foreign investment will enter a new active period.Therefore,the voice of docking Chinese and foreign corporate cultures is coming,and we should put forward a strategy for docking Chinese and foreign corporate cultures as soon as possible,and clarify and clarify the thinking of docking Chinese and foreign corporate cultures.The“home”culture,as the essence of a member's home,can nourish the labor union of foreign enterprises and generate strong organizational vitality.Employees of foreign companies look forward to getting warmth in a vibrant“home”.This is also a prerequisite and prerequisite for the study of the strategy of connecting Chinese and foreign corporate culture.Choosing a path to connect with Chinese and foreign corporate cultures should not leave the basic functions of trade unions and find another way.Only when the trade union seeks the“docking”of the culture and the“docking”of the culture can it obtain the support and cooperation of foreign businessmen and Chinese and foreign employees along a healthy track.In the process of connecting Chinese and foreign corporate cultures,innovative and effective measures,combined with the advantages and characteristics of trade unions,will achieve satisfactory results.The strategy of docking Chinese and foreign corporate cultures is integrated into the entire process of union work.The docking culture is a spiritual and cultural guide to action.
