摘要
随着中央国有企业改革的不断推进,宏观政策、市场环境的变化让传统的国有企业管理模式受到前所未有的冲击,引入现代化的管理模式已经是大势所趋。本文通过研究全面预算与绩效评价管理在国有企业实践中所存在的问题,分析并提出解决的方法和措施,旨在为国有企业现代管理模式的改革提供一些思路。
With the continuous advancement of the reform of central state-owned enterprises,changes in macro policies and market environment have made the traditional management mode of state-owned enterprises an unprecedented impact,and the introduction of modern management mode has become the general trend.By studying the problems existing in the practice of comprehensive budget and performance evaluation management in state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes and proposes solutions and measures,aiming to provide some ideas for the reform of the modern management mode of state-owned enterprises.
