中西医结合治疗小儿抽动症临床疗效的系统评价及Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of tourette syndrome in children

目的:评价中西医结合治疗小儿抽动症临床疗效。方法:使用CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane等数据库搜索2001年1月1日-2020年1月1日发表的关于中西医结合治疗小儿抽动症随机对照试验。对入选文献进行质量评价,进行数据提取整理,运用Review Manager5.3软件进行评价分析。结果:共纳入29篇文献,共计2798名患者。中西医结合治疗小儿抽动症的临床疗效优于西医治疗组,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(RR=1.23,95%CI[1.17,1.29],P<0.00001)。共16篇文献报告了不良反应,两组整体不良事件发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(RR=0.28,95%CI[0.17,0.45],P=0.0001<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿抽动症具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in the treatment of tourette syndrome in children.Methods:CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane and other databases were used to search the randomized controlled trial published from 1,2001 to January 1,2020 on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for tic disorders.Literature selection and information extraction were completed and Review Management 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 29 articles were included,with a total of 2798 patients.The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has a better efficacy than that of western medicine,which was with significant difference statistically(RR=1.23,95%CI[1.17,1.29],P<0.000,01).16 literatures reported adverse reactions,and the overall incidence of adverse events between the two groups was statistically significant(RR=0.28,95%CI[0.17,0.45],P=0.000,1<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has a good clinical effect on children with tourette syndrome.
