平疣汤治疗扁平疣临床疗效观察及对血清白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-4的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解扁平疣患者体内白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-2、IL-4水平,观察中药平疣汤对扁平疣的疗效和作用机制,为扁平疣的治疗提供疗效更加确切的治疗方案。方法:将纳入观察的扁平疣患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组各25例,治疗组为平疣汤口服,联合匹多莫德口服液口服、阿达帕林凝胶外用,对照组为匹多莫德口服液口服,联合阿达帕林凝胶外用,疗程为8周。通过观察皮损数目变化、皮损颜色变化、累及部位变化情况及有无同形反应来判定疗效,并对比治疗前后IL-2、IL-4水平的变化。结论:平疣汤联合匹多莫德口服液及阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗扁平疣比对照组疗效更佳,并且平疣汤有调节免疫的作用,其作用机制可能是通过升高血清IL-2,降低IL-4来达到治疗作用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy Pingyou decoction(平疣汤)on verruca plana and to evaluate objectively the serum level of IL-2 and IL-4 in patients and to assess the effect of Pingyou decoction on immunity function.Methods:50 cases with VP recruited were divided into two groups randomLy.The treatment group received Pingyou decoction combined with Pidotimod Oral solution and Adapalene Gel.The control group received Pidotimod Oral solution combined with Adapalene Gel.8 weeks was a course.After 8 weeks,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in blood serum were detected.Conclusion:Pingyou decoction combined with Pidotimod Oral solution and Adapalene Gel is more effective than the control group in treating VP,it has the effect of regulating immunity,its mechanism of action may be through increasing serum IL-2,reducing IL-4 to achieve the therapeutic effect.
