推拿治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of massage on pediatric anorexia

目的:研究推拿治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果并探讨其相关机制。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年12月期间接受治疗的厌食症患儿82例作为研究对象,按计算机分组法将所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以推拿配合治疗,分别观察两组患儿的治疗有效率,治疗前后血清中血锌(Zn)及血清瘦素(Leptin,LP)等指标以及精神状态变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,其治疗后的Zn、LP等指标均优于对照组,以上数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿可显著改善厌食症患者的临床症状及体征,同时也可有效控制其Zn及LP水平,以此改善其饮食情况,其临床价值较高,建议可进一步推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of massage on anorexia in children and to explore its related mechanism.Methods:82 children were selected as the research objects.All children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the computer grouping method,with 41 cases in each group.Routine western medicine treatment was given to the control group,and the observation group was given massage more.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the Zn,LP and other indicators after treatment were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM massage can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with anorexia,and can also effectively control the levels of Zn and LP,thereby improving their diet.It has high clinical value and is recommended for further promotion and application.
