王明杰教授开通玄府论治骨刺的经验

Experience of WANG Mingjie in treating bone spur based on Xuanfu theory

王明杰教授运用玄府理论治疗骨刺,认为肝肾亏虚和骨玄府闭阖是病变的关键,应以“开玄补虚”为法着力补足肝肾阴虚并解除骨玄府闭阖。在多年研究和临床应用中总结出的能开通玄府的药物对骨刺的治疗有重要价值。以风药、虫药为主,自拟“骨刺消痛丸”并随证加减来治疗骨刺,疗效肯定,值得深入研究。

Professor WANG applies Xuanfu theory in treating bone spur,considering that the key of lesion is the deficiency of liver and kidney and occluding of Gu-xuanfu.He applies“Opening Xuanfu and supplement”to supplement the deficiency of liver-Yin(阴)and kidney-Yin and opening Gu-xuanfu(骨玄府闭阖).By concluding the TCM opening Xuanfu in many years of research clinical application,he knows their treating value.Based on wind-medicinal and insect-medicinal,he creates“Guci Xiaotong pills”(骨刺消痛丸)to relieve the pain of bone spur,of which the curative effect is positive and worthy of further study.
