中医“治未病”在疾病预防控制中的作用分析

Analysis on the role of“preventive treatment of disease”in disease prevention and control

目的:探讨中医“治未病”在疾病预防控制中的作用分析。方法:将2016年1月-2020年6月在山东省东营市疾病预防控制中心治疗的500例轻度慢性病或慢性病前期患者随机分为两组,每组各250例,对照组给予常规健康生活方式指导,在此基础上,观察组使用中医“治未病”干预,对比两组患者的自我管理行为依从率,血压、血糖及血脂达标率,生活质量变化。结果:观察组健康饮食、坚持运动、戒烟戒酒、监测血压血糖等比例分别为96.80%、98.00%、98.80%、97.60%,明显高于对照组的81.20%、79.20%、76.40%、72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压、血糖及血脂达标率分别为94.80%、94.00%、95.60%,明显高于对照组的77.60%、75.60%、78.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后各项SF-36评分中,健康状态(88.34±5.61)分、躯体功能(90.25±5.53)分、认知功能(89.46±4.97)分、睡眠状态(84.06±5.18)分、生活满足感(91.38±6.45)分,明显高于对照组的(79.25±5.42)分、(78.69±5.24)分、(78.92±4.86)分、(74.68±5.29)分、(76.97±6.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医“治未病”在疾病预防控制中的作用显著,具有未病先防、保健养生等作用,能有效提高自我管理能力,提高血压、血糖及血脂指标的达标率,提升生活质量,有助于提升慢性病预防控制效果,维持机体健康状态,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the role of“preventive treatment of disease”in disease prevention and control.Methods:500 patients with mild chronic disease or pre chronic disease treated in Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Dongying City from January 2016 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine healthy lifestyle guidance.On this basis,the observation group was intervened with“preventive treatment of disease”of traditional Chinese medicine.The compliance rate of self-management behavior,the compliance rate of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The proportion of healthy diet,exercise adherence,smoking cessation and alcohol cessation,blood pressure monitoring and blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the compliance rate of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM“preventive treatment of disease”plays a significant role in disease prevention and control,which can effectively improve self-management ability,increase the target rate of various indicators,and promote the quality of life,which has positive clinical significance.
