基于《黄帝内经》五音疗疾探析其现代临床应用

Effect analysis of Wuxing music treatment of disease on the basis of Huangdi Neijing and its modern clinical application

目的:以CNKI数据库为基础,将2017-2020年五行音乐用以临床治疗的文献进行整理分析(数据不包含外文文献),探讨其最新且应用最广的研究领域及方向,以指导临床实践。方法:使用CNKI中高级检索功能筛选出符合条件的文献,根据文献标题、摘要和关键词筛选出五音疗法治疗的疾病类别,并用Excel建立数据库,对结果进行分析。结果:对结果进行数据清洗,除去重复及不符合条件的文献,最终共得到了317篇,针对的临床疾病共139种,进行归纳和分类后发现,五音疗法应用最多的疾病类别是精神类疾病(204篇),其次是癌症,肿瘤类疾病(42篇),排名第三的是神经系统类疾病(26篇)。在精神类疾病中,五音疗法被广泛用于抑郁(76篇)、焦虑(48篇)和失眠(36篇)领域;在癌症,肿瘤类疾病中多应用于情绪和疼痛控制领域;在神经系统类疾病中,五音疗法在耳鸣(9篇)及脑卒中(5篇)领域中应用较广。结论:根据CNKI近三年的最新数据展示,五音疗法可用于临床治疗的疾病有很多,以治疗精神疾病为主,但在某些器质性疾病方面的作用还值得进一步探究。

Objective: Based on CNKI database, the literature on the use of Wuxing music in clinical treatment from 2017 to 2020 was analyzed(the data did not include foreign language literature), and the latest and most widely used research fields and directions were discussed to guide clinical practice. Methods: The CNKI medium and advanced retrieval function was used to screen out the qualified literatures. According to the literature titles, abstracts and keywords, the diseases treated with Wuxing music therapy were screened out.The Excel database was established and the results were analyzed. Result: After data cleaning and removing repetitive and unqualified literatures, a total of 317 articles were obtained, and 139 kinds of clinical diseases were targeted. After induction and classification, it was found that the disease category with the most application of Wuxing music therapy was mental disease(204 articles), followed by cancer and tumor disease(42 articles), and nervous system disease(26 articles) ranked third. In mental diseases, Wuxing music therapy was widely used in depression(76 articles), anxiety(48 articles) and insomnia(36 articles);in cancer and tumor diseases, it was mostly used in the field of emotion and pain control;in nervous system diseases, Wuxing music therapy was widely used in tinnitus(9 articles) and stroke(5 articles). Conclusion: According to the latest data of CNKI in recent three years, there are many diseases that can be treated with Wuxing music therapy, and it is mainly for the treatment of mental diseases, but the role of Wuxing music therapy in some organic diseases is still worth further exploration.
