摘要 采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了铜铝聚苯酯(CuAl/PHB)涂层,对涂层进行了组织、硬度、结合强度、高温抗氧化、抗热震、高温硬度以及微动磨损和可磨耗性能测试和分析研究。结果表明,CuAl/PHB涂层孔隙和聚苯酯占比为17.5%,硬度平均值90.4 HR15Y,结合强度≥25.4 MPa,在620℃下涂层具备良好的高温抗氧化性能,700℃下水淬抗热震性能达到135次,在450℃~700℃温度范围内涂层高温硬度由HR15Y 76.6降低到66.8。在高载荷100 N、高频率100 Hz,高温700℃条件下的微动磨损结果表明,涂层在620℃下摩擦系数小于0.5,具有良好且稳定的耐微动磨损特性;涂层在400℃~600℃模拟工况条件下具有良好的可磨耗性,叶片进给磨损比IDR值小于14.02%,且随温度增加可磨耗性提高;制备的铜铝聚苯酯涂层可实现耐微动磨损和可磨耗的良好结合。 The CuAl/PHB coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying technology.The microstructure,hardness,bonding strength,high temperature oxidation resistance,thermal shock resistance,high temperature hardness,fretting wear and abrasion properties of the coating were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the porosity of CuAl-PHB coating was 17.5%,the average hardness was 90.4 HR15Y,and the bonding strength was higher than 25.4 MPa.The coating exhibited good oxidation resistance at 620℃and thermal shock resistance at 700℃reached 135 times.The high temperature hardness of the coating decreased from HR15Y 76.6 to 66.8 at 450℃~700℃.The results of fretting wear at high load of 100 N,high frequency of 100 Hz and high temperature of 700℃showed that the coating has good and stable fretting wear resistance with friction coefficient less than 0.5 at 620℃.The coating exhibited good abradablity under the simulated conditions of 400℃~600℃.The IDR value of blade feed wear ratio was less than 14.02%,and the abradablity increased with the increasing temperature.The CuAl-PHB coating can achieve a good combination of fretting wear resistance and abrasion.
