基于SWOT分析滴滴农机发展策略研究

Research on development strategy of Didi agricultural machinery based on SWOT analysis

为了有效解决“农户无机可用,农机无地可种”的供求矛盾,结合滴滴农机发展的优势与劣势、面对的机遇与威胁构建战略矩阵,运用SWOT分析法对滴滴农机发展现状进行分析。结果表明,滴滴农机在农业生产实践中有所应用,但存在假下单频频发生、农机社会化服务质量参差不齐、农机服务定价模糊、农机作业安全和服务信息安全尚不能保证的威胁,整体上还处于探索发展的阶段。在此基础上,依据滴滴农机发展的优势与特色,提出在平原地区县市范围内试点推广;完善用户评价体系,提升滴滴农机平台服务水平;以奖代补,促进滴滴农机类似平台间联合协作等策略。

In order to effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of“farmers are inorganic,agricultural machinery is landless”,a strategic matrix was constructed in combination with the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced of the development of Didi agricultural machinery,the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the development status of Didi agricultural machinery. The results show that Didi agricultural machinery has been applied in agricultural production practice,but there are threats such as frequent false orders,uneven quality of agricultural machinery socialization services,vague pricing of agricultural machinery services,and agricultural machinery operation safety and service information security cannot be guaranteed,and the overall situation is still in the stage of exploration and development. On this basis,according to the advantages and characteristics of the development of Didi agricultural machinery,it is proposed to pilot and popularize in counties and cities in plain ares;Improve the user evaluation system and improve the service level of Didi agricultural machinery platform,and promote joint collaboration between similar platforms of Didi agricultural machinery with awards.
