超声弹性成像参数与肝癌患者TNM分期的相关性分析

目的:分析超声弹性成像参数与肝癌患者TNM分期的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月宜昌市第二人民医院收治的80例肝癌患者为肝癌组,80例肝脏良性病变患者为良性组,另选同期收治的80例非肝病患者为对照组,均实施超声弹性成像,对3组患者以及肝癌组内不同TNM分期患者检查结果进行对比,利用Spearman相关性分析法对超声弹性成像参数与肝癌患者TNM分期的相关性进行检验。结果:3组患者弹性图像压放指数、弹性应变率比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组内不同TNM分期患者弹性图像压放指数、弹性应变率比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果提示:弹性图像压放指数、弹性应变率比值与TNM分期呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像参数与肝癌患者TNM分期密切相关,对判断TNM分期具有一定的参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between ultrasound elastography parameters and TNM staging in patients with liver cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with liver cancer admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Yichang from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the liver cancer group,80 patients with benign liver disease were selected as the benign group,and 80 patients with non-hepatic disease admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent ultrasound elastography.The examination results of the three groups of patients and patients with different TNM stages in the liver cancer group were compared.The Spearman correlation analysis method was used to test the correlation between ultrasound elastography parameters and the TNM staging of liver cancer patients.Results:The comparison of the elastic image compression index and elastic strain rate ratio of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the elastic image compression index and elastic strain rate ratio of the patients with different TNM stages in the liver cancer group showed significant differences(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results suggested that:elastic image compression index,elastic strain rate ratio and TNM staging were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound elastography parameters are closely related to the TNM staging of patients with liver cancer,and have certain reference value for judging the TNM staging.
