摘要 可逆式水泵水轮机蜗壳分瓣面位置过渡板装焊极易出现错牙超差缺陷,处理错牙采用堆焊,堆焊又出现缺陷,由此整个缺陷分析与处理较为复杂,为同行掌握类似问题提供了经验。 The installation and welding of transition plate on the split face of reversible water pump turbine volute is prone to the out-oftolerance defect of the wrong teeth.overlaying welding is used to treat the wrong teeth,and then there are defects in overlaying welding.The analysis and treatment of the whole defect provide experience for the peer to deal with similar problems.
