摘要
针对水利工程的钢闸门长期服役锈蚀破损的问题,研究腐蚀对闸门静力特性的影响规律。以某电站尾水闸门为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench平台对静水条件下含腐蚀平面钢闸门进行有限元仿真分析。结果表明:随着腐蚀构件腐蚀程度逐渐增大,闸门面板、边纵梁等构件高应力区域有明显增多,闸门主横梁构件折算应力最大增幅达35.7%;当腐蚀程度达到40%后,闸门主横梁折算应力超过容许范围,对闸门安全运行造成极大的威胁,在实际工程中应特别注意出现在中部主横梁和下部面板的锈蚀情况。
Aiming at the problem of corrosion and damage of steel gates in long-term service in water conservancy projects,the influence of corrosion on the static characteristics of gates was studied.Taking the tailrace gate of a power station as the research object,based on the ANSYS Workbench platform,the finite element simulation analysis of the corroded flat steel gate under still water conditions is carried out.The results show that with the gradual increase of the corrosion degree of the corroded components,the high stress areas of the gate panels,side longitudinal beams and other components increase significantly,and the maximum increase in the converted stress of the main beam members of the gate is 35.7%;when the corrosion degree reaches 40%,the main The converted stress of the beam exceeds the allowable range,which poses a great threat to the safe operation of the gate.In the actual project,special attention should be paid to the corrosion of the main beam in the middle and the lower panel.
