白族药倒钩刺化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Bai Medicine Rubus Delavayi

目的:研究白族药用植物倒钩刺干燥全株的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱以及MCI、D101型大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱手段对倒钩刺干燥全株95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果:从倒钩刺95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为2α-羟基熊果酸(1)、乌苏酸(2)、2α,19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid(3)、maslinic acid(4)、alphitolic acid(5)、7α-羟基谷甾醇(6)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7)、没食子酸正丁酯(8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)、龙胆酸(10)、2-呋喃甲酸(11)。结论:化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物5~8、10、11为首次从悬钩子属中分离得到。

Objectives To study the chemical constituentsof Bai medicine Rubus delavayi Franch.Methods The chemical constituents of 95%ethanol extract of R.delavayiwere isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography,combined with the other column chromatography padded with D101 macroporous resin,MCI,and sephadex LH-20,respectively,and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 2α-hydroxyursolic acid(1),ursolic acid(2),2α,19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid(3),maslinic acid(4),alphitolic acid(5),7α-hydroxysitosterol(6),7β-hydroxysitosterol(7),n-butyl gallate(8),methyl gallate(9),gentisic acid(10),and 2-furoic acid(11).Conclusion All compounds were isolated from R.delavayi for the first time,and compounds 5~8,10,and11werefirstly isolated from genus Rubus.
