摘要 目的:对阿尔泰冷蒿的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用液-液萃取、硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、聚酰胺、大孔树脂、重结晶等手段,提取分离得到了10个单体化合物,其后通过理化常数测定、波谱数据分析及文献对照等手段鉴定了单体化合物的化学结构,利用MTT方法对单体化合物进行抗肿瘤活性的筛选。结果:从阿尔泰冷蒿中提取分离得到的化合物包括木栓酮(1)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(2)、3,5-二羟基-6,7,3’,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(3)、蒿黄素(4)、苜蓿素(5)、猫眼草酚D(6)、Roxbughianin B(7)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、苜蓿素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),其中3,5-二羟基-6,7,3’,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(3)对人肝癌细胞系HepG2的IC_(50)值为(34.58±2.42)μg/mL。结论:从阿尔泰冷蒿中提取分离得到10个化合物。同时,首次对Roxbughianin B(7)的绝对构型进行解析。通过活性筛选发现,3,5-二羟基-6,7,3’,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(3)具有抗肿瘤活性。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia frigida Willd.in Altay.Methods Using liquid-liquid extraction,polyamide column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin column chromatography and recrystallization,isolated from the 10 compounds.Results They are identified by the methods of the basis physicochemcial propertyes,spectral analysis and comparison with literature data.Compounds were elucidated as:friedelin(1);Stigmast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(2);3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,3’,4’-trtramethoxy flavone(3);artemetin(4);tricin(5);chrysosplenol D(6);Roxbughianin B(7);luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(8);tricin-7-O-β-D-gluco-pyranoside(9);tricin-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranside(10).The IC_(50) values of 3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,3’,4’-trtramethoxy flavone(3)was(34.58±2.42)μg/mL.Conclusion We extracted and identified 10 compounds.There were all firstly obtained from Artemisia frigida Willd.At the same time,we firstly identified absolute configuration of Roxbughianin B(7).3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,3’,4’-trtramethoxy flavone(3)have antitumor activity.
