西医结合壮医参蛤补肺方治疗晚期老年肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Western Medicine Combined With Zhuang Medicine Shenge Bufei Prescription on elder patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:观察西医结合壮医参蛤补肺方对晚期老年肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选择晚期老年肺癌患者阴虚热毒证62例,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组接受常规对症治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予参蛤补肺方治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前后症状改善情况及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群指标、卡氏评分变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率74.19%(23/31)虽高于对照组64.51%(20/31),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组咳嗽、痰血、气急、乏力、口干、低热症状均有改善,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、卡氏评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:西医结合壮医参蛤补肺方能有效改善老年晚期肺癌患者临床症状,提高免疫功能、生存质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Zhuang Medicine Shenge Bufei prescription on elder patients with Advanced Lung Cancer.Methods A total of 62 cases of elder patients with Syndrome of Yin deficiency and heat toxicity of Advanced Lung Cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,31 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment and the observation group was additionally given Shenge Bufei prescription.The curative effect,improvement of symptoms,the indexes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,The Total effective rate was 74.19%(23/31)in the observation group,higher than that of 64.51%(20/31)in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of cough,phlegm,shortness of breath,fatigue,dry mouth and low fever in the observation group were improved and the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ratio and KPS score were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Zhuang medicine Shenge Bufei prescription in treating elder patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively relieve patients'clinical symptoms,increase immune function and quality of life of patients.
