摘要
野外水体调查和研究中需要测量液溶胶浓度。一些特殊情况下试样离开母液后很快会发生变性,因此需要对这类液溶胶取样后即时进行浓度测量。液溶胶特有的丁达尔现象可以用于液溶胶浓度测量。首先通过研究丁达尔光强度与浓度的关系,建立起它们之间的关系模型,并对模型参数进行分析;然后利用硅光电池,结合STM32单片机设计出具有光电信号处理功能的便携式液溶胶浓度测量装置;最后结合光电信号处理,确定光电信号、丁达尔光强、浓度之间的算法。理论分析和实验结果表明,利用丁达尔光强度值求液溶胶浓度值的方法,测量误差满足应用需要,仪器体积小功耗低、使用不受环境约束,满足实地取样即测的测量需求。
It is necessary to measure the concentration of liquid sol in field water surveys and research. In some special cases, the sample will be denatured soon after leaving the mother liquor, so it is necessary to measure the concentration immediately after sampling this type of liquid sol. The Tyndall phenomenon peculiar to liquid sol can be used to measure the concentration of liquid sol. First, by studying the relationship between Tyndall light intensity and concentration, the relationship model between them was established, and the model parameters were analyzed;then a portable liquid sol concentration measurement device with photoelectric signal processing function was designed by using silicon photocells and STM32 MCU. Finally, combined with photoelectric signal processing, the algorithm between photoelectric signal, Tyndall light intensity and concentration was determined. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the method of using the Tyndall light intensity value to find the concentration of the liquid sol meets the application needs, the instrument is small in size and low in power consumption, and the use is not restricted by the environment, which meets the measurement needs of on-site sampling and measurement.
