摘要
传统物流配送中心选址方法在设计过程中并没有考虑到要将选址问题进行转化,无法获得最优选址结果。为改善上述问题,构建了一种冷链物流多层级配送中心连续选址模型。设计配送中心选址流程,设置配送费用最少与配送时长最短的目标函数及相关约束条件,并将连续选址问题转换为多源Weber问题,采用启发式算法对其进行求解,根据备选策略数量,获取供应分配矩阵,解得最优配送中心地址坐标,依据配送费用总额不断判定与调整所得坐标,实现选址模型的最终构建与求解。仿真结果表明,上述模型能够得到物流配送中心的最优选址结果,且算法不会陷入局部最优,寻优能力强。
In this article, a continuous location model of a multi-level distribution center in cold chain logistics was constructed. Firstly, we designed the process of site selection of distribution center and established the objective function and related constraints of the minimum distribution cost and the shortest distribution time. Meanwhile, we transformed the problem about continuous site selection into a multi-source Weber problem. Moreover, we used the heuristic algorithm to solve this problem. According to the number of alternative strategies, we obtained the supply distribution matrix and thus to find the optimal location coordinates of the distribution center. According to the total distribution cost, we constantly determined and adjusted the coordinates. Finally, the construction and solution of the model were realized. The simulation results show that the designed model can get the optimal results of site selection for the logistics distribution center. In addition, the algorithm will not fall into the local optimization, and the optimization ability is strong.
