大学生就业的研究现状及大学生就业困境

A Review of College Students’Employment and Their Employment Dilemma

本文回顾发表于2019年至2022年以大学生就业为主题的中文文献。通过文献分析解读大学生就业的研究现状、研究中发现的大学生就业难点和困境。结果发现,学者们重点关注的研究主题有:就业指导及就业服务体系搭建、就业质量、就业现状、择业观、创新创业、返乡就业、就业影响因素、就业相关心理状态、就业困境、就业匹配和非正规就业。大学生就业困境包括:就业市场环境与产业结构变化;政府、企业和高校在促进大学生就业工作中支持不足;大学生自身就业准备不充分导致综合就业竞争力较低。

This paper reviews Chinese literature on college student employment published between 2019 and 2022.The research finds that scholars focus on the following research topics:employment guidance and employment service system construction,employment quality,employment status,view of career choice,innovation and entrepreneurship,returning home employment,employment influencing factors,employment-related psychological state,employment dilemma,employment matching,informal employment.The employment dilemma of college students includes:Employment market environment and industrial structure change;Insufficient support from the government,enterprises and universities in promoting college students’employment;College students’inadequate employment preparation leads to low comprehensive employment competitiveness.
