国外高校毕业生就业统计给我们的启示

Enlightenment from Employment Statistics of Foreign College Graduates

高校毕业生就业统计工作是国家教育改革发展、高校专业结构调整、学生报考专业和毕业生就业指导的重要决策依据。随着我国市场经济的深化和就业问题研究的深入,目前,高校毕业生就业统计工作中存在的争议越来越受到关注,主要在统计主体、毕业去向落实率内涵、统计时间节点和统计目的等方面涉嫌功利性,其公信度受到社会质疑。通过综述国外部分高校毕业生就业统计工作的普遍做法,结合我国高校就业统计和社会劳动就业统计的现状,提出完善我国高校毕业生就业统计工作有针对性的改进建议:重构就业统计主体,规范统计指标内涵,调整统计时点,改进就业考核标准,以提高高校毕业生就业统计工作的科学性和参考价值。

The employment statistics of college graduates is an important decision-making basis for the reform and development of national education,the adjustment of the structure of specialties in colleges and universities,the application of students to major and the employment guidance of graduates.With the deepening of market economy and the change of employment pattern in China,there are some problems in the employment statistics of college graduates,It’s mostly utilitarian in some aspects,such as Statistical Subject,Employment Rate Connotation,statistical time node and statistical purpose,etc.The credibility is being questioned by society.This paper summarizes the general practice of employment statistics of college graduates in some foreign countries,combined with the current situation of Social Labor Employment Statistics and puts forward some suggestions for improving the employment statistics of college graduates in China,for example,In order to improve the scientific and reference value of employment statistics for college graduates,We propose to reconstruct the main body of employment statistics,standardize the connotation of statistical indicators,adjust the time point of statistics,and improve employment assessment standards.
