摘要
高校毕业生实现更高质量更充分就业亟需心理赋能。阻碍毕业生实现更高质量更充分就业的心理因素主要包括缺少准确自我定位、缺少心理弹性和韧性、缺少就业心理帮扶、缺少求职心理指导、缺少持续心理关怀、缺少心理支持体系等。解决这些问题需要及早谋划,多措并举:一是要帮助学生做好职业生涯心理教育引导,实现提早赋能;二是要做好就业招聘心理指导,实现有效赋能;三是要做好就业挫折咨询辅导,实现及时赋能;四是要做好就业追踪心理关怀,实现持续赋能;五是要做好就业心理自我调适,实现自我赋能;六是要做好家校朋辈沟通互助,实现合力赋能。
It is urgent for college graduates to achieve higher quality and more full employment with psychological empowerment.Psychological factors that hinder graduates from achieving higher quality and fuller employment mainly include lack of accurate self-positioning,Lack of mental resilience,lack of psychological help for employment,lack of psychological guidance for job hunting,lack of continuous psychological care,lack of psychological support system and so on.To solve these problems,it is necessary to plan as early as possible and take many measures simultaneously to form an enabling force of employment psychology.One is to help students to do a good job in career psychological education guidance,to achieve early empowerment;Second,to do a good job in employment recruitment psychological guidance,to achieve effective empowerment;Third,to do a good job in employment frustration counseling,to achieve timely empowerment;Fourth,to do a good job in employment tracking psychological care,to achieve sustainable empowerment;Fifth,to do a good job in employment psychological self-adjustment,self-empowerment;The sixth is to do a good job of home school peer communication,to achieve joint empowerment.In general,to achieve higher quality and more full employment of college graduates,it is necessary to help students to enable early,effective,timely,continuous and self-empowerment.
