师范类专业认证背景下大学生职业生涯规划课程的探索与创新——以淮南师范学院为例 被引量:1

Exploration and Innovation of College Students’Career Planning Curriculum under the Background of Teachers’Professional Certification——Taking Huainan Normal University for Example

摘要 师范类专业认证背景下,三大认证理念的提出对应用型高校的职业生涯规划课程提供新的改革方向。在分析现有大学生职业生涯规划课程存在问题的基础上,以OBE理念为引领,提出全方位打造职业生涯规划精品课程,加强职业规划课程专业化师资队伍建设,加大学科渗透力度、搭建全员育人新平台,成立生涯规划名师工作室、全过程个性化指导,同时构建“理、测、咨、践”四位一体的课程教学架构,发展学生面向职业生涯的横贯能力、可持续发展未来的能力,培养终身学习者和新时代公民。 Under the background of teacher certification,the three certification concepts provide a new reform direction for career planning courses in application-oriented universities.Leading with OBE’s concept,this paper analyzed problems in the current college students’career planning curriculum,and then creating a comprehensive career planning quality courses with the combination of emptiness and reality is proposed.The construction of professional teaching staff for career planning courses with the inside and outside concurrently repairs has been strengthened and a new platform has been set up for all-staff education with the increase of discipline penetration.The career planning master studio was set up to enhance personalized guidance throughout the process.At the same time,four-in-one course teaching framework of"theory,measurement,consulting and practice"was established.The aim is to develop students’ability to face their career and develop their future ability sustainably,and cultivate lifelong learners and citizens of the new era.
