新时代赋予劳动精神以新的内涵,将新时代劳动精神融入大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程教学,有利于大学生树立马克思主义劳动观、践行社会主义核心价值观;有利于完善高校就业指导体系、就业课教学效果和教学质量的提升,为帮助大学生树立正确的劳动观念、劳动态度、劳动美德、劳动习惯,可通过深挖教材内容、创新教学方法、加强师资力量等路径实现。

The new era endow the spirit of labor with new connotations.Integrating the new era labor spirit into the teaching of Career Planning and Employment Guidance for College Students(hereinafter referred to as"Employment course")can help college students establish Marxist labor view and practice socialist core values.It is conducive to improving the employment guidance system of universities,improving the teaching effect and teaching quality of employment course.In order to help college students establish correct labor concepts,labor attitudes,labor virtues and labor habits,it can be realized by digging deep the content of teaching materials,innovating teaching methods and strengthening the strength of teachers.
