精准求职视域下高校毕业生简历运用适配度研究——基于上海某高校有效调查资料的分析

Research on the Adaptability of College Graduates’Resume Application in the Horizon of Accurate Job Search——Based on the Analysis of Valid Survey Data of a University in Shanghai

新时代下,高校毕业生更加注重求职的专业化发展,更加意识到简历适配的重要性。匹配度高的简历是精准求职的关键,也是影响毕业生就业质量的重要方面,为此,做好高校毕业生的简历制作与运用工作至关重要。本研究从角色、市场、职业三个角度对简历的重要性进行剖析,全面聚焦当前大学生在运用简历中存在的问题,创造性地提出简历制作的六大核心要素,并围绕明晰、规范、回馈三个角度对简历投递、简历跟踪提供可行措施,为提高高校毕业生简历运用适配度提供思路借鉴。

In the new era,college graduates pay more attention to the professional development of job hunting and are more aware of the importance of resume adaptation.A well-matched resume is the key to accurate job hunting,and it is also an important aspect that affects the quality of graduates’employment.For this reason,it is very important to do a good job in preparing and using resumes for college graduates.This article analyzes the importance of resumes from the three perspectives of role,market,and occupation,comprehensively focuses on the current problems in the use of resumes by college students,creatively puts forward the six core elements of resume production,and focuses on clarity,standardization,and feedback.The angle provides feasible measures for resume delivery and resume tracking,and provides a reference for improving the adaptability of college graduates’resume application.
