Information Literacy and Its Training

信息素养是一个综合概念,包含多方面的内容。它在人的能力体系中占有突出地位,对国家竞争力和民族素质也有重要影响。在实施和推进素质教育中,一定要重视信息素养的培养:提高信息意识;加快教育信息基础设施建设;开发利用教育信息资源;普及计算机和网络;提高信息实践能力;进一步加强英语教育;开展信息伦理教育;预防信息崇拜。

Information Literacy is a comprehensive concept and includes many aspects.It holds a prominent position in the system of man's abilities and plays an important role in the national competitive power and qualities.So we should attach importance to its training and improvement:raise information consciousness level,quicken the construction of education information infrastructure,exploit education information resources,popularize the computer and net,improve information practice ability,enhance English education,carry out information ethical education and prevent the cult of information.
