摘要 振动监测系统可对大型竖井式贯流泵运行状态进行有效的监测与分析,同时可提升设备管理水平,可为泵站管理者搭建一个全面实时掌握机组设备运行状况的智能监测平台。本文主要讲述了振动监测系统的构成和判定标准,并通过案例证实了该系统分析和判断机组故障效果显著,可有效解决传统故障诊断和维修中存在的问题,提高诊断的准确性和及时性,极大地提高了设备使用寿命。振动监测系统可在泵站工程监测中推广应用。 The vibration monitoring system can be used for effectively monitoring and analyzing the operation status of large vertical shaft cross-flow pumps.Meanwhile,the equipment management level can be improved.It can build an intelligent monitoring platform for the pump station managers to master the operation status of unit equipment comprehensively in real time.The composition and judgment standards of the vibration monitoring system are mainly described in the paper.It is proved through cases that the system has significant analysis and judgment effect of unit faults.The problems in traditional fault diagnosis and maintenance can be effectively solved.The accuracy and timeliness of diagnosis are improved,thereby greatly improving the service life of the equipment.The vibration monitoring system can be used as a daily monitoring method,which can be popularized and applied in pump station project.
