为了进一步提高农村落后地区的基础教育水平,全面改变农村地区的基础教育面貌,必须提高农村基础教育师资团队的建设水平,为落后地区输送更多的优质师范人才,这不仅是实现乡村振兴、推动乡村经济发展的重点内容,也是我国相关政府部门、教育部门急需解决的重要难题。虽然各级政府部门在政策上给予大力扶持,积极鼓励和引导师范毕业生农村生源回到农村中小学从事基础教育工作,同时也出台了相关的师范生免费政策,但是综合来看,所获得的成果微乎其微,仍然面临城乡基础教育脱节的问题。面对这样的尴尬现状,需构建师范毕业生农村生源返乡就业支持基础教育的就业奖励机制,以解决现阶段农村基础教育落后等相关问题。

In order to further improve the level of basic education in backward rural areas and comprehensively optimize the outlook of basic education in rural areas,it is necessary to improve the construction level of rural teacher team in basic education,and provide more high-quality normal talents for backward areas.It is not only the key content of realizing rural revitalization and promoting rural economic development,but also an important problem that needs to be solved urgently by relevant government departments and education departments in China.Although government departments at all levels give strong support to policies,actively encourage and guide the rural students of normal graduates to return to rural primary and secondary schools for basic education,and also introduce relevant free policies for normal students.On the whole,the results obtained are very small,and still face the problem of disconnection between urban and rural basic education.Faced with an embarrassing situation,it is necessary to construct the employment reward mechanism for the return employment of rural normal graduates to support basic education,so as to solve the problems related to the backwardness of rural basic education at the present stage.
