摘要
“新文科”建设对于公共管理类人才的培养提出了多元化的要求。基于此,从公共管理类人才培养实践环节出发,探究目前人才培养实践教学存在的主要问题,借鉴英美两国在公共管理类人才实践培养中的经验,优化我国公共管理类新型人才培养实践教学途径。
The construction of“new liberal arts”puts forward diversified requirements for the cultivation of public management talents.Starting from the training practice of public management talents,this paper explores the main problems existing in the current practical teaching of talents training,and draws on the experience of the UK and the United States in the practical training of public management talents,so as to optimize the practical teaching methods for the training of new public management talents in China.
