民办高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Cultivation Model of Preschool Education Specialty in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

学前教育专业主要培养学前教育人才,民办高职院校在发展过程中,积极优化人才培养模式,能有效提升人才培养质量,为幼儿教育发展奠定人才基础。因此,高职院校应提升对学前教育专业的重视程度,为学前教育专业发展提供助力。通过深入了解民办高职院校学前教育专业人才培养问题,探究其形成的原因,提出民办高职院校学前教育人才培养模式的优化策略,以期推动高职院校学前教育专业发展奠定良好基础。

Preschool education specialty mainly cultivates preschool education talents.In the development process,private higher vocational colleges actively optimize the talent cultivation model,which can effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation and lay a talent foundation for the development of preschool education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to preschool education and provide assistance for the development of preschool education.Through in-depth understanding the talent cultivation of preschool education specialty in private higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the causes of its formation,and puts forward the optimization strategy of the talent cultivation model of preschool education specialty in private higher vocational colleges,so as to lay a good foundation for the development of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges.
