摘要
中小学教学过程中的师生关系一直是教育学界关注的热点话题,从理论上讲,建构主体间关系既是为了教师与学生之间能建立起民主平等的关系,也是为了提升师生的主体性,促进师生发展以及推进教育改革。但在现今的教学实践中,依旧存在学生的主体身份认同感低、师生交互关系单一、教学功利化严重以及各方教育影响不一致等问题。鉴于此,从教育目的、师生评价、外部环境引导等多方面提出促进师生主体间关系建构的对应策略尤为重要。
The relationship between teachers and students in the teaching process in primary and secondary education has always been a hot topic in educational circle.Theoretically,the construction of inter-subjectivity is not only to establish a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students,but also to enhance the subjectivity of teachers and students.It promotes the development of teachers and students,and stimulates educational reform.However,there are some problems in practical teaching today,such as low sense of subject identity of students,single interaction between teachers and students,serious utilitarianism in teaching,and inconsistent educational influence of all aspects.In view of this,it is quite important to put forward corresponding strategies to construct the inter-subjectivity relationship between teachers and students from the aspects of educational purpose,teacher-student evaluation and external environment guidance.
