生态型师幼关系的错位与复归--基于教育生态学理论 被引量:1

摘要 生态型师幼关系以幼儿为本,倡导教师与幼儿双主体共生的生态网络体系。生态型师幼关系对教师与幼儿可持续性发展具有重要的价值和意义。现实生活中的生态型师幼关系存在缺乏生命性、动态性以及可持续性发展等非生态现象,这一现象有碍于生态型师幼关系的建构,重构生态型师幼关系迫在眉睫。因此,应该通过肯定幼儿主体生命价值、确保师幼对话双向动态性、坚持可持续发展理念等策略,优化师幼关系中的非生态现象,实现生态型师幼关系的可持续发展。 The ecological relationship between teachers and children is based on children,and advocates the ecological network system of dual-subject symbiosis between teachers and children.Ecological relationship between teachers and children is of great significance to the sustainable development of teachers and children.In real life,there are non-ecological phenomena such as lack of life,dynamic nature and sustainable development in ecological teacher-child relationship.This phenomenon hinders the construction of ecological teacher-child relationship,and it is urgent to reconstruct ecological relationship between teacher and child.By affirming the main life value of children,ensuring the two-way dynamic nature of the dialogue between teacher and child,and adhering to the concept of sustainable development,it is necessary to optimize the non-ecological phenomena in the relationship between teacher and child,and realize the sustainable development of ecological teacher-child relationship.
