摘要
传统的机电一体化机器在设计时只能进行机械仿真或者电路仿真,并没有机电联合仿真,这导致了机电项目的仿真不能做到实时统一观测,仿真效果也不够完善。以激光雕刻机为例,设计电路仿真联合三维机械仿真的系统。电路仿真系统利用Proteus软件设计雕刻机元件模型、雕刻机控制电路;三维机械仿真系统利用Unity3D虚拟引擎中的函数、组件等设计出激光模块、运动模块和通讯模块。对由电路仿真和三维机械仿真组成的联合仿真系统进行实验,结果表明:上述系统可以真实的仿真出激光雕刻机的电路运行状态和机械运动过程,可以此仿真结果为依据设计雕刻机实物。
The traditional mechatronics machine can only carry out mechanical simulation or circuit simulation in the design, and there is no mechatronics joint simulation, which leads to the failure of real-time unified observation of electromechanical project simulation, and the simulation effect is not perfect. This paper takes laser engraving machine as an example to design a system of circuit simulation and 3 d mechanical simulation. The circuit simulation system uses Proteus software to design engraving machine component model and engrave machine control circuit;3 d mechanical simulation system uses functions and components in Unity3 D virtual engine to design laser module, motion module and communication module. The experimental results show that the system can simulate the circuit running state and mechanical motion process of laser engraving machine, and the engraving machine can be designed based on the simulation results.
