Power and Rate Control for Wireless Communication Networks Based on Data

摘要 针对无线通信网络功率和速率系统建模困难的问题,提出一种基于数据的功率和速率控制算法。算法实现对无线通信网络功率和速率的跟踪。首先,利用由输入、输出和参考轨迹组成的历史数据推导出一个新的基于数据的状态方程。方程只依赖于输入和输出数据,不需要任何系统动力学方程;在此基础上,应用自适应动态规划解决无线通信网络功率和速率的跟踪问题。仿真结果表明,上述算法对于无线通信网络功率和速率跟踪控制具有很好的效果。 In view of the difficulty in modeling the power and rate system of wireless communication network, a data-based power and rate control algorithm is proposed to track the power and rate of wireless communication network. First, a new data-based equation of state was derived from the historical data composed of input, output and reference trajectories. On this basis, adaptive dynamic programming was applied to solve the power and rate tracking problem of wireless communication network. Simulation results show that this algorithm is effective for power and rate tracking control of wireless communication network.
