常用纤维对水工泡沫混凝土物理力学性能的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 泡沫凝土凭借保温性、经济性、抗变形性等诸多方面的优势,在水利工程建设中具有广阔的应用前景。为了研究不同种类纤维及其掺量水平对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,为工程应用提供支持和借鉴,文章研究通过室内试验的方式,展开4种常用纤维对泡沫混凝土物理力学性能影响的对比和评价研究。从试验结果来看,4种纤维均可以起到改善水工泡沫混凝土强度和物理性能的作用,但是在改善效果方面也存在自身的特点和差异性。总体来看,聚丙烯纤维在改善泡沫混凝土物理力学性能方面具有优势,推荐在工程设计中选用。 Foamed concrete has a broad application prospect in the construction of water conservancy projects because of its advantages such as thermal insulation,economy,deformation resistance and so on.In order to study the influence of different kinds of fibers and their content on the performance of foam concrete,and to provide support and reference for engineering application,this paper makes a comparative and evaluation study on the effects of four kinds of common fibers on the physical and mechanical properties of foam concrete.From the test results,the four kinds of fibers can improve the strength and physical properties of hydraulic foam concrete,but they also have their own characteristics and differences in improving the effect.Generally speaking,polypropylene fiber has advantages in improving the physical and mechanical properties of foamed concrete,which is recommended in engineering design.
