碳二加氢催化剂短暂性失活的原因分析

摘要 某公司乙烯装置碳二加氢反应器发生短暂失活,反应器出口乙炔浓度超指标,导致乙烯产品质量不合格,对乙烯装置平稳运行造成较大影响。通过调查,发现干气回收装置富乙烯气返回乙烯脱甲烷塔的流程在未进行充分风险识别的情况下进行了变更,使富乙烯气中的一氧化碳直接进入脱甲烷塔塔釜并造成碳二加氢催化剂失活,暴露出了车间在跨装置工艺流程变更方面存在管理不善的问题。通过这一典型事件,为同行业在进行同类型事件分析及流程变更管理时提供参考和警示。 The C2 hydrogenation reactor of an ethylene plant of a company was temporarily deactivated,and the acetylene concentration at the outlet of the reactor exceeded the target,lead to unqualified ethylene product quality.It had a great impact on the smooth operation of the ethylene plant.Through investigation,it was found that the process of returning the ethylene-rich gas to the ethylene demethanizer in the dry gas recovery unit was changed without sufficient risk identification,the carbon monoxide in the ethylene-rich gas directly enters the reactor of the demethanizer and causes the deactivation of the C2 hydrogenation catalyst,exposing the problem of poor management in the workshop in terms of cross-unit process changes.Through this typical event,it provides reference and warning for the same type of event analysis and process change management in the same industry.
