摘要
目的探讨自然周期冻融胚胎移植(FET)移植日外周血E2水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法回顾性收集我院生殖医学科行冻融胚胎移植(FET)患者86例,共116个FET周期。按照百分位数分组法将研究对象分为A组(≤135pg/mL)23周期、B组(135~258pg/mL)58周期、C组(≥258pg/mL)35周期,均采用自然周期准备内膜,测定移植日外周血E2水平,分析其与妊娠结局的关系。结果3组年龄、不孕年限、体质量指数及不孕原因等资料的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组子宫内膜厚度[(9.35±1.67)vs(9.67±1.73)vs(9.59±1.81)mm]、移植胚胎数[(2.25±0.62)vs(2.27±0.59)vs(2.29±0.56)个]、种植率(30.43%vs 50.00%vs 25.71%)、生化妊娠率(60.87%vs 53.45%vs 42.86%)及临床妊娠率(52.17%vs 51.72%vs 51.43%)的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FET移植日E2水平与助孕结局无明显相关性,在自然周期中监测意义不大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of peripheral blood E2 and pregnancy outcome on the day of natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET).Methods A total of 86 patients with frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)in the reproductive medicine department of our hospital were retrospectively collected,with a total of 116 FET cycles.According to the percentile grouping method,the research subjects were divided into group A(≤135pg/mL)for 23 cycles,group B(135~258pg/mL)for 58 cycles,and group C(≥258pg/mL)for 35 cycles.The endometrium was prepared by natural cycle FET,the E2 level in peripheral blood on the day of transplantation was measured,and the relationship between it and pregnancy outcome was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in age,years of infertility,body mass index,and causes of infertility among the three groups(P>0.05);Endometrial thickness in three groups[(9.35±1.67)vs(9.67±1.73)vs(9.59±1.81)mm],number of transferred embryos[(2.25±0.62)vs(2.27±0.59)vs(2.29±0.56)],implantation rate(30.43%vs 50.00%vs 25.71%),biochemical pregnancy rate(60.87%vs 53.45%vs 42.86%)and clinical pregnancy rate(52.17%vs 51.72%vs 51.43%)were not significancetly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The E2 level on the day of FET transplantation was not significantly correlated with the outcome of assisted pregnancy,and it is of little significance to monitor in the natural cycle.
