2035农业现代化远景目标视阈下全科职业农民教育国际比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 强化全科职业农民教育,汇聚全科职业农民人才资源不仅是乡村人才振兴的应有之义,更是实现2035年农业现代化远景目标的磅礴力量。从全球发达国家全科职业农民教育经验来看,大多都从法制、政策等制度层面强化对新型职业农民“一专多能”的全科式规范与引导,构建了一整套功能互补、系统集成的教培课程体系、实施体系与支撑服务体系。据此,基于我国全科职业农民教育现实痛点、盲点和赌点,可吸收发达国家的有益经验,锚定制度航向,夯实全科职业农民教育顶层设计引领作用;强化要素保障,激发全科职业农民教育“寓教于乐”的源泉动能;优化载体设计,回归全科职业农民教育的育农价值本源;健全考评机制,锁定全科职业农民教育效能显示度向。 Strengthening general professional farmers’ education and gathering the talent resources of general professional farmers are not only the proper meaning of rural talent revitalization, but also the majestic force to achieve the long-term goal of agricultural modernization in 2035. From the experience of general professional farmers’ education in developed countries around the world, most of them have strengthened the general professional standardization and guidance of “one-specialty and multi-capacities” for new professional farmers in the institutional levels of legal system and policy, and constructed a set of complementary and systematic integrated teaching and training curriculum system, implementation system and support service system. Based on the practical pain points, blind spots and gambling points of general professional farmers’ education in China, it is necessary to absorb the useful experience of developed countries, anchor the system course and consolidate the leading role of the top-level design of general professional farmers’ education;strengthen the factor guarantee and stimulate the source of “teaching in fun” in general professional farmers’ education;optimize the carrier design and return to the origin of the value of general professional farmers’ education;improve the evaluation mechanism and focus on the display of the effectiveness of general professional farmers’ education.
