摘要
新型职业农民与“三农”制度创新相伴而生。在厘清新型职业农民和工作场所学习概念的基础上,从参与式实践、情境性知识和拓展性学习三个层面阐述新型职业农民和工作场所学习之间的耦合关系,从改变学习观念意识、完善政策保障制度、营造创业培植环境三个角度提出新型职业农民技能培训外部环境优化路径,并从内容和形式的完善、对象和师资的优化两个方面挖掘新型职业农民技能培训内部系统完善路径,对数字技术赋能新型职业农民技能培训提出了展望。
New professional farmers are accompanied by national “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” system innovation. On the basis of clarifying the concepts of new professional farmers and workplace learning, this paper expounds the coupling relationship between new professional farmers and workplace learning from three aspects of participatory practice, situational knowledge and extended learning, puts forward the optimization path of the external environment of new professional farmers’ skill training from the three perspectives of changing the consciousness of learning concept, improving the policy guarantee system, and creating the entrepreneurship cultivation environment, and explores the improvement path of the internal system of new professional farmers’ skill training from two aspects of perfecting the content and form, optimizing the objects and teachers. It also puts forward the prospect of new professional farmers’ skill training empowered by digital technology.
