摘要 目的对比高强度间歇运动(HIIT)与中等强度持续运动(MICT)运动中、运动后恢复期能量代谢特征。方法16名男性先后进行HIIT与MICT测试,对比晨起、运动前、运动中、运动后1h、运动后第1、2d晨起心率、摄氧量等代谢指标。结果HIIT后1h的摄氧量高于运动前安静水平(p=0.004),运动后第1、2d晨起基础代谢高于运动前基础代谢,但无统计学差异(p=0.080,p=0.062);MICT后1h摄氧量、心率与运动前安静水平相比无统计性差异(p=0.555,p=0.644),进一步研究发现运动后10min时摄氧量已恢复到运动前安静水平(p=0.381)。结论HIIT后1h的摄氧量仍然高于运动前安静水平,MICT后1h摄氧量已恢复到运动前安静水平。提示HIIT后存在明显的过量氧耗现象,且持续时间比MICT更长。 Objective To compare the characteristics of energy metabolism during and after exercise during HIIT and MICT. Methods16 men were tested successively by HIIT and MICT to compare metabolic indicators such as morning, before exercise, during exercise,1 hour after exercise, and morning heart rate and oxygen uptake on the first and second days after exercise. Results The oxygen uptake at 1 hour after HIIT was higher than the quiet level before exercise(p=0.004), and the basal metabolism in the morning on the first and second days after exercise was higher than that before exercise, but there was no statistical difference(p=0.080, p=0.062);There is no statistical difference in oxygen uptake and heart rate 1 hour after MICT compared with the quiet level before exercise(p=0.555, p=0.644). Further findings that oxygen uptake has returned to exercise at 10 minutes after exercise The former quiet level(p=0.381).Conclusion The oxygen uptake at 1 hour after HIIT is still higher than quiet level before exercise, and the oxygen uptake at 1 hour after MICT has returned to the quiet level before exercise. It is suggested that there is an obvious phenomenon of excessive oxygen consumption after HIIT, and the duration is longer than that of MICT.
