摘要
针对某化工企业邻苯基苯酚(OPP)及磷酸酯阻燃剂(DOPO)车间产生的三股工艺尾气(甲苯、环己酮及石油醚)进行吸附回收降浓治理。分析车间废气产生参数,提出废气治理规划及排放要求和回收目标,开展工艺方案设计,供类似项目参考。
The three process tail gas(toluene, cyclohexanone and petroleum ether) produced in OPP and DOPO workshop of a chemical enterprise were treated by adsorption, recovery and concentration reduction. Analyze the production parameters of workshop exhaust gas, put forward the exhaust gas treatment plan, emission requirements and recovery objectives, and develop process scheme design for reference of similar projects.
