四入口结构旋风除尘器性能的数值模拟研究

摘要 旋风除尘器因其结构简单、成本低廉等优势广泛应用于固体颗粒除尘过程中。本文基于常见的单入口旋风除尘器模型,分别建立了一种常规四入口结构和一种新型四入口结构的旋风除尘器三维物理模型。基于CFD数值模拟,结合湍流模型和DPM模型,考虑入口速度、颗粒粒径、颗粒密度因素,对比了三种不同结构的旋风除尘器的除尘性能。结果表明,新型四入口结构的旋风除尘器均比单入口结构和常规四入口模型有更高的除尘效率,尤其是针对细小粒径的固体颗粒(2~7μm)。 Cyclone dust collector is widely used in the process of solid particle dust removal because of its simple structure and low cost. Based on the common single inlet cyclone model, the three-dimensional physical models of a conventional four inlet structure and a new four inlet structure are established respectively. Based on CFD numerical simulation, combined with turbulence model and DPM model, considering the factors of inlet velocity, particle size and particle density, the dust removal performance of three different structures of cyclone dust collector is compared. The results show that the cyclone with the new four inlet structure has higher dust removal efficiency than the single inlet structure and the conventional four inlet model, especially for fine solid particles( 2 ~7 μ m).
