摘要
火力发电厂制粉系统磨煤机在日常运行过程中,由于限于型号及结构型式的差异,不同型号磨煤机的制粉能力和制粉效果各不相同。在长期使用过程中,磨煤机会出现调峰能力不足、出力下降、流场紊乱、煤粉细度较差等一系列问题。为了分析和研究磨煤机在运行过程中出现的问题,保证制粉系统的安全经济和稳定性,针对HP1003型磨煤机灵活性改造进行剖析,以指导工业生产。
Ln the daily operation process of coal pulverizer in pulverizing system of thermal power plant, due to the difference of model and structural type, the pulverizing capacity and pulverizing effect of different models of coal pulverizer are different. In the process of long-term use, there are a series of problems in coal grinding, such as insufficient peak shaving capacity, reduced output,disordered flow field, poor pulverized coal fineness and so on. In order to analyze and study the problems in the operation of coal pulverizer and ensure the safety, economy and stability of pulverizing system, the flexibility transformation of hp1003 coal pulverizer is analyzed to guide industrial production.
