基于团队发展阶段模型论高校体育专业学生团队建设的实证研究

摘要 目的:本研究依据团队发展阶段模型理论对高校体育专业学生的团队建设提供理论架构,对体育团队在高校的开展起到积极的促进作用。方法:以全国586名体育专业学生作为调查对象,采用网络问卷对团队发展阶段模型中的变量进行调查。结果:(1)在体育团队形成期,团队领导、团队目标、团队动机及团队信任对增强整个团体凝聚力都有正面的影响,但在体育团队动荡期,队员之间矛盾加剧,关系恶化对于团队凝聚力有着负面影响;(2)在团队规范期和执行阶段,团队凝聚力对团队效能有着较好的正面影响;(3)团队解散阶段,团队效能对工作满意度产生正向影响。结论:在团队形成阶段,成员之间拥有共同的愿景和价值观,并且对自我定位非常明确,把凝聚力作为中介变量对团队效能可产生良好的影响。反之,团队冲突不仅能导致团队凝聚力的下降,而且还会对团队效能产生负面影响,最终影响结果的产出。 Obiective:Based on the theory of the Stages of Team Development(STD)model,this study provides a theoretical framework on the team building of college students majoring in physical education,aiming to positively promote the development of sports teams in Colleges.Methods:Taking 586 students of physical education major across China as the research objects,the variables in the STD model were investigated via online questionnaires.Results:(1)In the forming stage of a sports team,team leadership,goal building,team motivation and team members’trust have a positive effect on enhancing the cohesion of the whole team,while in the storming stage,conflicts occur and the deterioration relationship among team members may influence negatively on the overall cohesion;(2)In the norming stage and performing stage,the enhancement of team cohesion exerts an active effect on team effectiveness;(3)when it comes to the Adjourning stage,the completion of goals turns to have a positive influence on job satisfaction.Conclusion:when all members share the same common vision and values and have clear self-positioning in the forming stage,a good mediating effect on team effectiveness may be achieved if team cohesion is considered as a mediating variable.However,Team conflict can not only lead to the decline of team cohesion,but also have a negative impact on team effectiveness and ultimately affect the output of results.
