浅谈偏关县水土保持综合治理成效

The brief talk about the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment of water and soil conservation in Pianguan County

偏关县是山西省水土流失最严重的县之一,严重的水土流失,极大地制约县域经济发展。偏关县历届县委、政府带领广大干部群众进行了艰苦卓绝的奋斗,六十年代出现水保典型村;七十年代树立了英儿沟样板小流域;八十年代初涌现出了集中连片、综合治理的小流域和户包小流域治理的热潮,典型的引导,加快了全县水土保持治理步伐。近年来,我县加大水保治理力度,积极创新水土保持治理机制,以小流域为单元开展综合治理,生态环境得到显著改善,山洪地质灾害和极端恶劣天气明显减少,形成一个良好的人居生活环境。

Pianguan County is one of the counties with the most serious water loss and soil erosion in Shanxi province,this problem greatly restricts the economic development of the county.Successive county Party committees and governments in Pianguan led the vast number of cadres and the general public to carry out arduous struggles.In the1960 s,typical villages for water and soil conservation appeared;in the 1970 s,small watershed of Yingergou was established as a model;in the early 1980 s,there was a boom in the management of small watersheds and households with concentrated contiguous areas and comprehensive treatment,which accelerated the pace of water and soil conservation governance in the county.In recent years,the county has increased the governance of water conservation projects,actively innovated the governance mechanism of water and soil conservation,carried out comprehensive treatment of small watersheds as units,significantly improved the ecological environment,reduced flash flood geological disasters and extreme bad weather,forming a good living environment.
