摘要
针对兴澄特钢3500 mm炉卷轧机生产线的装备特点,采用提高Mn的质量分数、去除Mo和Cr的低成本经济型C-Mn-Nb-Ti成分设计以及控轧控冷工艺。通过对加热、再结晶区压下率、终轧温度、未再结晶区累计压下率等变化规律的研究,生产出组织均匀、性能稳定的低成本高强度高韧性L485M管线用钢。
According to the equipment characteristics of 3500 mm Steckel mill production line in Xingcheng Special Steel,the low cost,economical type C-Mn-Nb-Ti composition design by increasing the mass fraction of Mn,removing Mo and Cr and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process are applied.On the basis of the study on the changing law of reheating,reduction rate in recrystallization zone,finish rolling temperature,accumulated reduction in unrecrystallized zone,low cost,high strength and high toughness L485M pipeline steel with homogeneous microstructure and stable mechanical properties is produced.
